Participants can sign up to be matched with potential prospects and leads and receive dedicated meeting space for discussing the future of driving momentum in space. The service will enable participants to connect with potential prospects and leads with via pre-arranged business meetings. It is the best way to meet the local and international companies, agencies, entrepreneurs, and investors attending the conference.
How it works
Signing up for the b2fair Matchmaking Service is easy:
- Once you have registered for the NewSpace Europe conference, you will receive an email with an access code to create your profile;
- Once you have completed your profile, the b2fair team will review and activate it;
- Once your profile has been activated, you can start to request meetings and receive meeting requests yourself.
Note that b2fair meetings can only be booked through this website. Once your profile has been activated, it will appear in our online catalogue and you can be contacted for meeting requests. From the same catalogue, you can select the partners that you would like to meet, and send them a meeting request. A search engine will help you find the right profiles.
HOW TO REQUEST A MEETING?
To request a meeting, navigate to the “MY B2FAIR” section of the website and log in. Then, click “Add meeting” and select the partner that you would like to meet. The software will suggest meeting slots based on the availability of both participants.
DURATION OF THE MEETINGS
b2fair meetings are limited to 25 minutes plus a 5-minute break to prepare for the next meeting, if applicable.
MEETING Area
b2fair meetings will take place in the dedicated Matchmaking Area. Follow the signs or ask a member of staff at the registration desk to show you the way.
YOUR APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE
You can monitor the status of your meeting requests in real time in the “MY B2FAIR” section of the website. You can accept and decline meeting requests, and request meetings yourself. You can also download your meeting schedule, which will be sent to you by email a few days prior to the conference. During the conference, you will receive updates of your meeting schedule via email and text message.
